Nicole’s journey with health is filled with many ups and downs; she spent a large part of her life sick and unwell. She was able to restore her health, overcoming difficult health issues that seemingly “have no cure” including Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and Mast Cell Activation Disorder.
Through this process, Nicole developed an understanding that health lies not just in the physical body, but also in the mind. Our minds play an integral role in the creation of health and disease.
She uses her knowledge and expertise to help others. Nicole specializes in helping women with weight loss and improving chronic symptoms of pain, inflammation, fatigue, and anxiety. She loves to inspire people to believe in their ability to heal and help them reach their health and wellness goals.
