Kate Turner is the Nutrition Specialist at Nordic Naturals. As a Registered Dietitian and personal trainer, Kate is passionate about improving people’s health through evidence-based nutrition, education, and exercise. This passion drove her to complete her Master’s in nutrition education, teach Applied Nutrients & Metabolism at her alma mater, and travel to Italy to complete a three-month, intensive culinary program focused on the cuisine of Mediterranean and Italy.Â
Upon returning from Italy, Kate decided to join the Nordic Naturals team due to their commitment to creating generations of healthy and happy people through safe and effective nutrients. Kate has over 8 years of experience in the field of nutrition as a wellness director, private nutrition consultant, educator, and public speaker. She believes each moment is an opportunity to educate one another and is committed to sharing her knowledge and expertise to improve the lives of others. In her free time, you can find Kate experimenting in the kitchen, exploring the outdoors, or curling up with a good book.
